Our firm grew out of years spent inside affordable housing projects in Seattle, Boston, and New York. Leading and supporting developments with Conifer, The Community Builders, and community agencies, we navigated tax credits, public subsidies, and complex approvals. That experience taught us how to carry a project between acquisition and stabilization without losing sight of either community outcomes or financial performance, which now anchors every assignment we undertake for partners.
